(A) Dose-dependent hypotensive effects of methylene chloride (CH 2 Cl 2 ) fraction and (B) the typical tracings of CH 2 Cl 2 fraction-induced hypotensive action in an anesthetized rat. CH2Cl2 fraction (0.3, 1.0, and 3.0 mg/kg, respectively) was administered into a femoral vein. Arterial blood pressure from preinjection level was expressed in millimeters of mercury. CH2Cl2 fraction at the indicated doses (0.3, 1.0, and 3.0 mg/kg) was injected intravenously at the arrow marks.
