Tachyarrhythmia

High blood glucose, peripheral artery disease

Asthma, severe and symptomatic bradyarrhythmia

Calcium antagonists

Elderly hypertension, isolate systolic hypertension, ischemic heart disease (non-dihydropyridine calcium antagonists)

 

CHF

Severe and symptomatic bradyarrhythmia

Diuretics

CHF, isolated systolic hypertension

 

High blood glucose

Gout hypokalemia
